The task of the Technical Helpdesk is to provide support and advice to subscription holders in the event of complicated malfunctions in vehicles. The aim of support is to provide solutions to vehicle malfunctions as quickly as possible in close cooperation with the subscribers. The percentage of faults solved is very high. The experienced helpdesk staff advise subscription holders from the unique GMTO database, with diagrams, measurement conditions and original documentation of almost all common vehicles.
To assist you in such a situation we have set up the subscription technical support. This is a subscription with a duration of one year, which is tacitly renewed.
The Technical Support Helpdesk is only available in The Netherlands.
