The modern car, as we know it today, is packed with electronically controlled systems. These systems are connected to each other with so-called data networks. CAN bus, MOST and LIN communication are well known concepts in this respect. In addition, the electronics are linked to mechanical systems and in this way form measurement and control systems with associated electronic and mechanical failures. The car has become a complex machine.
Despite having followed the training courses of GMTO and being well equipped with communication equipment and measurement diagnostic equipment, it can happen that certain failures are so complicated that they cannot be solved independently.
The task of the Technical Helpdesk is to provide telephone support and advice to subscription holders in the event of complicated malfunctions in vehicles. The aim of telephone support is to provide solutions to vehicle malfunctions as quickly as possible in close cooperation with the subscribers. The percentage of faults solved is very high. The experienced helpdesk staff advise subscription holders from the unique GMTO database, with diagrams, measurement conditions and original documentation of almost all common vehicles.
To assist you in such a situation we have set up the subscription technical support. This is a subscription with a duration of one year, which is tacitly renewed.
