Shipping, payment and returns

DELIVERY TIME

 

We do our best to deliver your order as quickly as possible. We try to ship orders, placed on workdays before 12:00 pm, on the same day. Unfortunately, this is not always possible, for examble when the product is not in stock or when (custom) production has to be made. If this is the case, we will inform you about this as soon as possible.

 

SHIPMENT COSTS

 

We ship via PostNL.

The shipping costs (excluding VAT) are:

€ 6,95 for a standard shipment (15 to 10.000 grams) within The Netherlands

€ 9,95 for a standard shipment (15 to 10.000 grams) to Belgium

€ 4,10 for a letterbox package (1 to 14 grams)

Secure payment with Prepayment via bank transfer

RETURNS

 

We care about our products, but even more about our customers, therefore we will do evertything we can, to deliver the products in perfect condition. Unfortunately there is always the possibility that products get damaged during transport or that there are technical defect that prevents the product from working properly. In that case we would like to receive a notification at [email protected], within the legally established period of 2 months after discovery of the defect. We will do everything we can to the situation as quickly and effectively as possible.
